GAURAV MENDIRATTA - CEO
Gaurav Mendiratta has more than 6 years of experience in Internet Applications, Video, Networking and Cable Technologies. He has been working with a major Cable and Internet service provider of US for over 4 years. In this short span, Gaurav has risen to the position of Principal Engineer at the office of the CTO. In his work, he has led several successful projects and products from their inception to a nationwide deployment. Gaurav also worked with The Asian Plastic Company, India where he led a team of 7 people who designed a circuit of a transducer, currently being used by The Indian Railways. Gaurav holds a Masters in Telecommunications & Networking from University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communications, from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, India.

ACHALESH AMAR - Vice President, Content Management
Achalesh Amar has a wealth of knowledge and experience in IT, Management and Education. He has more than 15 years of experience in Education and has been an instructor at top institutes like Kaplan. He has over 10 years of experience in IT with specialization in QA. Achalesh holds a Masters in Technology in Electrical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and a Bachelors in Technology in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, India.

SARAVANAN MP - Director, Software Development
Saravanan has more than eight years of software development and project / product management experience. He has worked with various US brands like Comcast, Verizon, Microsoft and Kodak in consulting roles. He possesses vast knowledge of various technologies like WiFi 802.11 (a/b/g/n). He also has more than 2 years of experience in video codec and developing products for video streaming application. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.

ALOK DALVI - Account Director, Digital Media
Alok Dalvi holds a MBA degree from Cyprus International Institute of Management and Chemical Engineering Degree from Mumbai University with more than 8 years of experience in handling big IT projects with companies like Wipro Technologies and Fidelity. Alok has successfully delivered many IT/Online Marketing Projects and has significantly helped startups in Europe,USA and Asia to expand their geographical footprint in different countries. He has also won many awards for fine tuning the processes and saving millions of revenue losses through his skills on IT and Online Marketing. Currently working on business development and research projects in Social Media and Mobile Technology for AKG, Alok also plays tennis and is associated with many sports associations and actively participates in local tournaments.
